幾時出second interview list 最後個log...這個要cky同事才知吧~

而家我天天返到公司開著電腦後的第一件事，就係開cky 的 2nd in. list ，然後才睇公司email, 望下share market ~ 這已成為我日常重要動作

I have also received a call to remind me for 2nd interview. But when will annouce the result?

Leanna,

學校會打電話比家長,我朋友個case係好遲網頁先post出黎,所以CKY call左佢地先,之後上網先見到.
我個case係一早post出黎,過左4日,CKY都call左我confirm一次.

第一次interview時有notice寫左2nd interview到Christmas.成績於2009年1月公佈.
"Final results will be mailed to you by post in January 2009."

Its a hard time to waiting and checking. Me also checking the list everyday! I am not lucky, my son only accept one school at this moment. God bless!

CKY really needs to learn how to reduce the waiting time and torture born by
parents. They should learn from YW. YW’s interview process is the most comprehensive I have ever seen. For YW, there were 1800+ applicants and each applicant was granted two rounds of interview, one with teachers and the other with the principal. Then 300 applicants were selected for the final round of interview with the principal again. If YW behaved like CKY, I guess the final result had not been available until The Chinese New Year 2009.

For CKY, how long did the 1st interview go? The interview process was so short but the waiting process was unreasonably long. CKY, please think and learn. So inefficient CKY is !!! Substandard management !

其實在第一輪面試的時候, 學校已張貼通知Second Interview會分兩段時間進行, 直到聖誕節, 後來在網上寫清楚日期為直至12月19曰, 現在只安排面試到12月8日, 比原先計劃早近兩星期, 這是因為她們的進度快了, 比預期早了完成? 還是有太多家長投訴, 所以她們索性點到即止, 免得花了大家及學校自己的時間? 如果真的是這樣, 我們已進入2nd in.的當然開心, 少了很多競爭對手, 但是, 學校原想見多些學生, 從中挑選最適合她們的學校的做法, 就不能如期進行, ...

我都覺得學校分階段公佈面試名單令很多家長加上了很大的心理壓力, 但維持成兩個月的面試過程, 學校一樣附出很多時間, 我們上次2nd in, 等了很久, 比原定時間遲了近1.5-2小時, 但是, 負責的主任, 一樣係不停咁見, 近兩點都無飯食...

其實, CKY 比起 SMC 的安排, 已經好高透明度, ....

I've attended the 2nd interview but it is very short. It takes around half an hour for the whole process including the parent's interview.

半小時的interview 其實都唔算短~ ok 啦。

嗯~ 跟board上通告的一不一樣，2 次面試對於12月8 日就截，我都覺得好失望，還以為會一直天天check website 到月中哩…
不過他們不會是我們係度"呻"而有壓力所以早cut 名單吧??? 又唔係第一年收生，而bk又唔係第一年開…

如果一所學校/機構咁易被外界影響自己的行政，這樣的學校的確可以"算罷"~ 但我想 cky 不會是這樣的吧?

cky的interview list已說明這是最後的名單了.

也就是說阿仔已沒機會了.

說真的這真的很失望, 我本人十分喜歡cky, 覺得它是最適合阿仔和我們家庭的學校. 太太曾經問我, 如果dbs和cky都收阿仔, 我會選那間? 我的答案還是cky. 可惜他和cky就是沒緣.

自問阿仔應該不是太差, yw, tsl 及dbs都進了2nd round, 可惜就是我們最喜歡的cky連2nd in. 的機會都無. 一次的面試便決定了命運!? 但命運這樣安排了我們又可以怎樣? 便只有失望了.

希望各位被cky取錄了的學生好好珍惜這個我們沒有的機會.
