LS, MCS 通常要25分(父母舊生 + 宗教)才有把握,因為20分人多的是, 一定要抽,今年20分連陳瑞祺喇沙都要抽,可況....

1st round doesn't count where you live. It's only for the 2nd round that matters. Don't mix up.

In 1st round, 15 marks is surely 0 chance
Do not misunderstand that 20 marks MUST get a seat.

I am in net 34 and only have 15 marks. Can I apply LS in 2nd round which i didnt apply it in the 1st round. I want to have a try to LS because i already have KRS for backup. So i'd like to fight the last chance to LS. Can I?

Because I heard from one of my friend's friend who was not lived in net 41 got a seat in LS in the 2 nd round. Is it possible? I only know we can apply 1 school not in our own net in the 1st round.

She might be using somebody else's address, who lives in net 41. Otherwise, it's impossible for someone who's not living in net 41 to get a place in LS.

I remember Part A of 2nd round doesn't have any restriction on residency. Maybe, she's real lucky enough or she's what Charwes said using the fake residential address.

There are 2 parts in the form of Lucky Draw. You can choose 3 schools in different locations in Part A. For example, your residential address is located in Net 34. You can choose the school in Net 41 (LS). The totoal no. of schools are 3. However, you must choose the schools in Net 34 for Part B.
