my girls r 2 & 5 yrs old... any mommy knows a good learning ctr that teaches Eng / art??
some of my friends advised me to transfer my 5 yr old girl from an int'l school to a local school. they think that the money saved can allow my girl to participate many more extra curricular activities... any parents have the same struggle as mine?
