Dear Parents,

May I know how to distinguish the following 2 sounds:
1) short "oo"
2) long "oo"?

Please kindly quote me some examples of each sound.

Basically the sounds are the same. Just that one is shorter and the other one is longer.
Short "oo" example: book, cook, hook
Long "oo" example: moon, soon, noon
