After quite some times in search and collecting information - the answer is no such ranking officially, if there has such, it is really unofficial and 'guess' result only. I also bought a cd which claim has such information but then found out 'rubbish' at all.....

教育處一定有（起碼十五年內），　每個人會考都有記錄，　每個人買邊個中小學都有記錄（分學位用），　將它在電腦分析下就有啦．　不過內部人有無做都唔話比你知啦．
