標題: 如果想幫約克,不如請畢業的學生家長說說子女會升哪間小學 [打印本頁]

我都有去IN約克,感覺都不錯,有大地方給小朋友玩,而且校長介紹的英數課程都好吸引,不過睇完正方相方的意見後都有D卻步,十五十六.
有位家長說有六七個朋友的小朋友派得不好,可能也是真的,她也只是講事實;咁如想幫約克的家長,又可否請畢業的學生家長說說子女會升哪間小學,這樣不是更好嗎?!

i think no need la, thks for ur kind heart. No one denied the 6-7 kids' result. Dont tell me u believe if u step into the school and everything is garanteed. If u really want to know, glance through the 07-08 / 08-09 thread and u will find that they are so happy with harmony. I think the whole idea on the 6-7 kids bad result is silly and cant help u to distinguish whether it is good for u. ( by the way, my maths is bad, presumed 8 are bad, then pls calcaulate the % from the whole yr class no. ; say there are 300 students, the % is 2.6%; does it imply that 97.6% are good, then i take that as compliments

雖然我不介意講小兒升到甚麼學校，但是我也十分同意s204oxox的意見，就是讀哪任何一家幼稚園都不能保證畢業生能夠升到“好學校”，還有很多其他因素會影響升學結果，例如學生本身的能力、家庭培養、性格、面試表現、家庭狀況等等，因此選幼稚園還是要看家長是否接受其教學理念、方法、深淺程度、設施、學費、地點、課外活動等等因素，至於能升到“好學校”的比例，學校不會對外公布結果，這裏看到的很多都只是道聽途說，信不信由你。

小兒是超細仔，僥倖考到了九龍塘宣小，同屆同學我們知道有進入了DGS、maryknoll、男拔小、喇沙、油天等，但是也有一些同學考直資/私小沒有考上，讀大抽獎派位的學校，我們見到同一班內學生的程度都可以相差很遠，個人能力差異是正常的，幼稚園不是工廠，不能倒模出能力相若的學生。

i think parents just made things too complicated for a naive 2 yrs old kid.
My selection is easy, 1) children can study happily 2) school deliver real and quality knowledge

I think most private Kln tong school can do that or they cant surive. And the other part, let the parents and the kids work together to strive for a better future.

By the way, if only quote how many ppl got into famuos school, is that somewhat like the tutorial center for F5 students and post the A's and holding the cert in front of the camera. This distorted trend is created by us, the parents. And the commerial body follows cos they know we like it.

我囡囡將會入讀德望小學!
其實無乜特別嘅心得架,我只係唸住考吓私校打底,因為就算統一派位落空都無咁驚嘛!你係邊一個校網架?同埋你準備好做portfolio未呢?唔洗擔心!其實york嘅小朋友都好叻架!好似我哋今年嘅畢業生,好多都考到心儀嘅小學,eg:九龍塘宣道,KTS,陳守仁,蔡繼有,真光等等,而统一派位就睇下好唔好彩,而我所知有人派到瑪利諾,喇沙,油天等等.
