La Salle - have to be the child
St Joe - both parents
Wah Yan - either one.
(information as at 2007)

BTW, your family has to be active member of the church in order to get a reference letter from the church. So if only you who was baptised, is not quite sufficient.

Sorry I don't have any other information.
I suggest you have to call up the schools and ask. I did so and most of them were willing to answer.
