Actually, i have download the Kowloon tong HKPS form but don't know there is time limited to print out, when i send it back to my office this Monday, the form has been expired and cannot open la.

I have the same case with you. I have aso downloaded the Kowloon tong HKPS form however it has been expried. Have anyone has spare copy of the application form for HKPS (Kowloon Tong)?
