Just realized that the event should be held next Sunday. Have the school sent out confirmation yet ? or we just turn up ourselves at the time as stated on the circular ? all applications are being accepted ?

Yes, mine is accepted but not all of the applicants cuz the maximum is only 800 persons....The notice was just given to us on 31/10 which show us the time is from 9am-4pm and the table no. of buffet lunch...
