You go with the kid at the time the letter told you to, and line up outside. After lining up for 15 - 20 mins, then go up to the covered playground to register. Just go to the counter stated on the letter. The kid will be led over to sit down on some chairs behind the counter s and then the parents are asked to leave. You go pick up the kid after an hour.
