Do I need to register in advance? Cos' I can't find any information from the web.

And is there any carpark nearby?

No need to register.
No admission fees (except if you wanted to play games, you had to purchase a wrist band last year; not sure whether it is still like that this year).
Just come any time you want.
I think it ran from around 11am - 6pm last year.
There is a car park near by.

It is highly recommended to take the MTR (previously KCR). Unless you come early otherwise the car park nearby will be full.

Last year I had to wait for almost half an hour before getting a space in the car park. Some of those who parked their cars on the street were treated with "dried beef".
