我看過學校網頁，都幾靚幾全面。學校活動都好多，升中結果都OK，但係點解咁少人報？

呢間學校係點我唔清楚,但好近佢而出名啲O既都有好幾間:聖安多尼,英皇二校,走多兩步有聖心,般官,所以我估揀天主教總堂O既會咁少囉!

I still have nightmares about this school, it was many many years ago when I was there of course. I only studied 1 year there, it was like a living hell!

以為好多學校都好衰架啦，但係我見佢又有蔡楷俊做校監，間學校D活動都幾多，如果隔離果D學校咁難入，入唔到都可以冷敲呢一間，佢又唔係太差，始終位於11網，個細路入到去第時升中都唔方冇選擇吖。我真係心大心細。

咁我都知其他同區好多學校都好好，但係真係好難塞個細路入去。我又貪個校網靚，咪搵D實入到O既滄海遺珠做定後備O羅。我參觀過，佢裡面D設施都幾好，老師都好nice，所以先有興趣上O黎問吓O者。

11網點都唔算係一個難塞細路入校O既網,我個人覺得呢個網比較少人虛報地址,(唔似九龍塘或者灣仔網結果咁難測).
設施其實間間都唔會相差好大,老師開放日哪有會對家長唔NICE的呢?你幾時見過開售樓盤啲SALES對你唔NICE呢?
而我又真係未聽過有人叩門會叩到你講O既呢一間!不過如果你貪佢實入到,咁我諗呢間真係會來者不拒囉!

剛剛路過又與我兒女同一校網,想理解閣下為何 " 始終位於11網，個細路入到去第時升中都唔方冇選擇" ?恐怕你已先後次序倒轉了.
升中選校乃是按實力+小學生在該小學被悉心教化.所以家長才會謹慎選擇.
某某校鍳並不會參與教學,只是supervise 學校行政及發展.
課外活動:大致上每間都相若,無什麽大分別.
比起中學,整個11school net有很多選擇,个个都是"博入"好學校,有質素,有成績的為目標. 若然選「中西區天主教總堂區」為首選,
恕我直言,實在未懂把握11net的机會.
本人是因中西net的原故,6年前搬離九龙城這個"超競爭"的校網.也順利為兒子入讀首選小學,明年妹妹也扶車边上小一.所以鼓勵你努力再找一所有質素,有成績的好學校給孩子.打好根基才想中學吧.

不過其實我心水果間當然係另一間名校啦。
但係有D感覺係呃唔到人，我唔知點講，講句公道，上次參觀過，感覺到唔係真係差到咁，或者會唔會真係知恥者近乎勇。

但其實如果個校監和校長能夠supervise到學校行政及發展, 那間學校的主任及行政級人員就唔會......

I changed from a good student to a girl who was afraid going to school...............I pretended to be sick so I could stay home, why?
It was the TEACHERS!!! They were mean and not loving at all. There were many many incidents, just tell you one here:my elder sister was in P.3 and and I was in P.1, my sister was not good in Maths, so 1 day, her Maths teacher stopped me during recess and told me( with black face), "tell your parents to see me tomorrow, I need to complain to them". I was very scared and asked him why? He said don't ask, just tell your parents, you will be in big trouble if I don't see your parents tomorrow. He just walked away.
I was not so smart and could not relate this to my sister, I kept thinking what have I done wrong, both my parents needed to work, I didn't dare to tell them that night, I couldn't sleep and kept on having nightmares. I had a fever the next day so I skipped school.
Eventally that teacher called my mom and told her about how bad my sister's Maths was and she needed extra help.....etc. Although I knew then it was not about me, I didn't dare to tell my parents what happened, because no matter what, I should have given my parents the message.
I became more and more scared going to school, and I was very jumpy when other teachers talked to me, luckily my mom observed my 100% change of attitude about school, she arranged me and my sister transfer to another school, I became happy again, though my sister's maths have never improved! But she was also a lot happier in the new school!
Let me stressed this, it happened many many years ago, but I just hate this school so much!

I just passed by. I've no info of this school.
I only want to response to bad experience. To me, St. Mary has given me bad experiences, afraid to see Miss XX, shivering when attending XX subject (becos I am poor in that one) ... etc. during my primary years. I was punished to stand nearly half a lesson because I cannot answer to the teacher's question, she gave verbal quiz at each of her classes. I can only say that I was not well-fit into that school, St. Mary still a very good primary school. Bad experience is very personal.

I also had many bad experiences when I still studying in primary and secondary school. In 80's and 90's, most of the HK teachers are harsh to students, but the situation is change,nowadays, teachers is more professional and more friendly to perents and students. So I don't think one single case in many many years ago can proved that school is not good forever. The teachers was changed and all the things will change, don't living in memory in the pass.

I also agree with what you said, things must have changed, that's why I stressed it had happened many many years ago. Actually it was in the 70's, oops, disclosed my age now!
