上面呢句係呀仔既作文, 但老師將 concerns 改左為 is concerned over 即

Although she says she is concerned over our academic report, she doesn't correct our workbooks at all. What does she do,? you may ask.

1. 如果唔改, 用 concerns, 句子算唔算錯 ?
2. 改左, 意思有無唔同左 ?
3. 標點 - What does she do,? you may ask. - 係米 ,? 可以咁用.

It seems the word "concern" needs a preposition
like with/in/about in order to have a meaning of
"worry, care, interest, or bother" when using it
as a verb. Check it out from the dictionary and
you know the difference in meaning.

老師的用法是被動式, 咁樣寫的意思是解擔心, she是被"our academic report"令到she有擔心, 所以she是被動的不是主動的. 但如果concern唔用被動式的話, 意思係"關於". 所以個meaning會錯.

而另一個問題關於標點符號我就答唔到喇, 因為唔想估估下...唔好意思.
