Hi anyone knows about this school? and anyone attend the interview today, pls share....

yes, my husb also appreciate a lot on that too....i though it is relatively easy as fewer particpants, around 300, but when i just aware that they have only 50 seats, feel quite depress as competition also not that small....

because we are the last applicant with no. 300....

We were lucky enough to meet with the vice-headmistress in the waiting room while we wait for our kids. She also share that there are 300 applicants. They will probably offer seats to 150 since they are aware that parents will choose others over them.

my hb is an old boy for the school, he wanna let our son to study there if we cant find something better. However, I have talked to some other old boys.. their comment is NO COMMENT!
they asked me, if you can find teachers' kids studying in that school, then it's a good school.
I dont know...

wow 150, their drop out rate should be very high otherwise they would over offer a lot....

hi would you mind to share more, really interest to know more about this school, just realise that the secondary school is 津貼, then how can have 直通車from primary?

The preparatory program for P1 is very useful, said by the existing P1 parent.

I just rec'd the acceptance letter today, my son loves st louis very much, as he said he loves the big football court.

I saw the secondary students are ok, since most of the secondary students take brand-name bag as school bag, but not found on this school and 學生幾乖/純樸.

I like this school too but it seems that it is not very popular. The arrangement of school day is very good for working mum mum. Does anyone know how large the class size is?

佢地小班教學,小一每班收25人.
最吸引既係用普通話教中文仲有用英文教數同science,小朋友會學多好多字,又唔洗比$出去學普通話,好正!

補充一句,我d料未必係最update,因為我e生仔已經6年級,我唔肯定佢地今年係咪收25人.
我係負責湊我e生仔既,所以我對間學校都ok熟,有咩可以問我.

有, 因為聖類斯--私校, 所以不影響統一派位.

其實d小朋友入得黎讀都係諗住升佢地間中學啦,聽講除左原校直升,每年都有10個8個入其他band1名校.
係西區,名校中學除左聖類斯中學同英皇之外,其他都變晒要交學費,所以選聖類斯小學搏直升中學都係明智之選,唔係到時六年級又要煩一大輪.

這間是英文小學, 大家認為學生的英文程度相對地比津校高嗎? 因為數學科也用了英文教的.

如果聖類斯小學同中西區聖安多尼相比, 程度應是哪一間較高呢? 因為我在自行分配學位選了"中西區聖..", 但現在聖類斯巳取錄了囝囝, 如果入讀就唔洗煩中學, 所以考慮緊選一間..... 因為一間要付學費, 另一間免費教育的.

如果你係我會點選呢? 請分享

如果最後無100人放棄，如何小班?

I found out they really offered around 150 seats after paid the deposit - so the school should have experience base on previous years with high drop out rate number to make such offer; anyway with the HKD100 for half year supplementary studies is but only to show sincere that the school have and enough time for parents to understand the school more.:D

I met the vice-principle 葉副校 during registration. She said if the drop out rate is low, they can offer 3 F.1 classes instead of 2. 葉副校 is a sincere lady. But I worry that she will retire in the near future. Does anyone know when she will retire?

我都會choose 聖類斯,因為唔洗再比$出去學普通話同英文,而家maths同science都係用英文教,升中既都唔怕佢地適應唔到,佢學費唔算貴.二千幾蚊,私校黎講,我覺得ok wor.
