有冇人知,如果註冊咗直資小學'A'，然後發覺直資小學'B'都收，可否再註冊直資小學'B'而放棄'A'呢?

Of course, you can. Also, please make sure to inform school A such that they could release the seat 'back' to the public such that other kid could take it soon.
