When you attended the interview with teacher, a note "小朋友與林校長的約會" was given to notify the interview time with Principal LAM. It was written on the note that the final interview list would be announced on the school web on 8/10.

眨眼一年，去年我們亦是這樣等著凌晨12:00的來臨，上英華網看 LAST 300 和 LAST 150 的，比自己考公開試等放榜刺激百倍！
一年過去，但每間小學發放成績一刻的場景、過程、兩公婆的即時反應，就如翻看錄映帶般一幕一幕湧現眼前，情景之深刻，和陪太太入產房生囝囝的畫面一樣，畢生難忘！
英華、蔡繼有喜歡POST上網、ＳＦＡ要大清早親自到校看取錄名單、ＳＰＣＣ以電話通知 2nd Interview、最終取錄於中午１２：００ＰＯＳＴ上網、九小、ＳＰＢｏｙｓ派信等等。形式雖然不同，但同樣難捱！
各位家長，除祝順利入榜的愈戰愈勇，亦希望唔得的不要失望，亦不要責怪小朋友，反之要加倍鼓勵他們下次要如何改進。
加油！您們的努力不會白費的，最終總會幫囝囝囡囡考到合適的小學的！

早於仔仔兩歲選幼稚園時, 已經心儀英華小學。仲唸住同區津校, 有好大機會抽到。
點知上年轉左直資, 個心已經驚驚地。因為仔仔性格比較活躍, 講野又唔鐘意望人, 個腦唸野又唸得好快, 唔識佢既人一定會以為佢發緊夢, 咁又點可以考到學校呢?
作為佢呀媽, 我已經覺得佢好叻好叻。英文書可以讀到好深既stage 5, 抑揚頓挫。前幾日仲收到幼稚園老師邀請, 代表學校參加幼稚園奧數公開賽。從未學過奧數既佢, 有幸得到老師邀請, 呀媽深感安慰。
雖然知道要入到300名係好難, 亦不敢對此有期望。但當得悉結果之後, 總難免覺得失望及傷心。
尚未知下一步應如何做, 只知到轉角處, 總有另一番景象。
在此祝福各bk媽咪, 繼續加油努力! 亦衷心祝賀有幸入選的小朋友!
我沒有幫仔仔投考太多學校, 除了英華, 餘下的只有TSL及SFA了。平靜一晚, 明天可以安心上路了...

表現,佢面試唔差,但宣小/St Paul boys都係
waiting list 
SPCC / DBSPD即情係入唔到
第二round 所以唔好咁快失望(最緊要唔好俾囝囝feel到),跟住仲有好多間要面試, 一定會入到一間適合自己小朋友既學校

DBS, SPCC & YW, all these schools are difficult to enter as the competition is keen. I totally agree your point that the parent has much pressure to deal with the P1 admission.

我冇唸過要考咁多間, 我驚仔仔辛苦。而且天父會為佢安排一間適合佢既小學, 我唸都唔會要叩門搵英華校長又或者考多幾間。
至於SFA考到又唔會讀, 因為投考此校亦只因我對仔仔既一個承諾。話說佢係SFA附近幼稚園讀, 日日坐校車見到SFA, 話呢間學校好靚, 想入去讀。我就同佢講, 我唔會比佢讀, 但係會比你去睇一次。SO....排成個鐘交表都係為左一句承諾
所以真係要發力既都只係TSL, 否則要15分去LUCKY DRAW, 好折磨
而家我不停要去唸呀仔既好野, 黎安慰自己。自己個仔唔係差, 係唔適合...數綿羊咁安慰自己大覺訓

不要洩氣，TSL 絕對看重喜歡看書既小朋友，SFA 則在面試時有不淺的數學題，您囝囝均有優勢。唔好俾YW結果打沉，努力，記住聽朝一定要鼓勵同埋繼續撐住囝囝 !

Take it easy! even my son also no chance to get in 2nd interview. I am sure everythings are arranged by God ( for me, my Jesus). Maybe this school are not suitable for him, i dun know...
By the way, I applied a lot of school for him as spare. I am asking myself, i also not grow up from band one school when i was a child. But now i have good job, i dun want to give a lot of pressure to my son : )! Everythings by Natural.

例如同你個囝一齊interview班小朋友質素,編號次序,接見老師手鬆手緊等等!
對於編號次序,我個人覺得開首幾百編號入圍人次較後者小,可能初階段比較手緊和認真,而較後編號又似乎比較多人入選,我諗luck都係非常重要

My friend's son did not get a chance for 2nd interview with YW last year, but he is accepted by DBS and now doing great there. Don't question your son's ability, believe in your son, move on and prepare for other interviews! Good Luck!

The interview no from 1-33 is in one set of sequence and from 34-169 is another set of squence. Follow by third set of squence. My wild guess is that the first batch is for those with brothers with studying in right now. Second batch is for those may have father study in Ying Wah. Third batch are those unrelated. Just like me.

Sorry, I think you may be right that the first batch 1-33 have relation with this school. But my son is lucky to be within 34-169. However, we have no relation with this school. I think 170-196 may have relation with this school. You can trace this from the list.

Went to double check the list. I think Lemonred's guess is correct. Those related are probably arrange to have interview on Sat while those unrelated are on weekdays. So ....from 1-33 are related and from 170-196 are also related. (33+27)=60 out of 300? Good luck to us - the unrelated ones!

I remember that during the parent briefing session, Miss Lam said that those have brothers studying will be granted with an interview. But she said there is not guaranteed. Anyway good luck to you all la!

25/10 九小及DBSDP開始面試（好似話SFA都同一日），接著其他學校都多數在星期六，咁YW將
無關係既編在weedays面試，咁會唔會對呢批家長
來個方便 唔需要２５／１０三．四間同一日in，
家長仲頭痛呀

好開心呀, 老公啱啱打俾我話阿仔有份2nd in., 我都唔記得今日出result, 如果唔係琴晚我一定會瞓唔著!!
阿仔一路都話好鍾意英華, 當佢知道入到圍不知幾開心, 依家就到我好緊張啦, 因為阿仔已經做好佢個份, 跟住責任就係家長到, 希望我都好似阿仔咁叻, 做得咁好啦!!!!

Can any parent let me know how to retrieve the list of applicants for the second round from the site. I can't see any pop up news from the main page. When is the second round interview?

My son cannot enter into the 2nd interview. Although this school is not the 1st choice as I live in HK island with no school bus getting to YW, I still have bad feeling. I wonder how frustrated I would if all the schools reject him.

我也是沒任何relation to 英華的, 不過今次小兒子終於有個2nd interview既機會.
以前我的大兒子也試過在最後20位選3位後補時去見過校長, 可惜落選了. 不過, 他現在讀的學校也是很好的學校, 只是沒有中學一條龍, 以後又要再努力一次...

I can't believe my son is in. We have no religion, no elder brother in yw. I did not know there's secret and special message about the numbers. I thought all the receipts are pre-printed and the lady just gave you one according to the date and time when you handed in the application.
I think I still need more luck in order to get in. I have 3 children and this second child has never stood out in his class since playgroup. i hope he will get his best present for his 5 yr old birthday--a seat in YW.
