現在巳經可以郵寄資料到學校便可取報名表, 請問要寄什麼資料去呢? 可否詳細說明. 請問邊位家長有去年取表的經驗? 請多多指教

from 1-Oct,08, you can call Kenv's tel. 23386422, then you will listen the details of 09/10 K1 application from the voice box.

the details are:
'the children who're born between 10/05 and 12/06 eligible for 09/10 K1 application. the parent can send the following items to our school for the application form from now or in person on 1/11: 1) copy of birth cert.; 2) $30 cross-cheque to Kenv. for application fee; 3) one return envolpe.
