Actually, I don't know what do you mean about "the relationship". They are running by the same Sponsoring Body. Their Uniform and Secondary School is not the same. St Paul's Convent is Private (english) school and St Paul's Catholic Primary is Subsidized (Chinese) School.

一九二七年沙爾德聖保祿女修會在跑馬地加爾瓦略山會院，開辦銅鑼灣英法學校(即現今聖保祿學校)的中文分校，這是本校的前身。當時的銅鑼灣英法學校中文分校是一全日制的私立中文小學，最初只有四班，修女及教員皆為義務工作者，首任校長是Sister Beatrice Roberts。

至一九六○年，本校轉為政府津貼小學，校名亦改為「聖保祿天主教小學」，秉承主保聖保祿精神，建立學生正確的人生觀，為社會培育人材。

so i guess they were some connection before...but after 1960 they run seperately

They are running by the same Sponsoring Body...yes.....

before 1960 it was private chinese school (1927 yr to 1959 yr)

佢地係Sisters schools，當然有關係，
兩間學校既校歌都係一樣既。
而家St. Paul's Convent 既校長(中學部)，
以前係跑馬地嗰邊既校長(中學部)，
當然，兩邊行政係獨立既。

other than private school and government susidary difference (of course english primary & chinese primary)
