請問是否可以借來影印 ? 有沒有其他方法 ?

sorry, 無辦法幫妳, 只可以話比妳知d表格唔可以copy, 因為每張form mark晒no. 平常心吧, 考到都唔一定係好.

Dear Tracy Ma Ma,

Don't be so upset la!  There are many other good schools to consider.  You have already tried your best.  It is just bad luck that you have been sick for 1 month.

You are a very responsible mother.  At least you remember to check the school issue for your kid right after you recover from sickness.  I respect you very much.

Take it easy!  Maybe something better is waiting for you!

My friend says she sent out the request letter to the school on 22 Sep but not yet received the form so far. She called the school and the school checked the record and said they will send out the form to her within these few days.

some of my friends & i also sent the form on the first day but not yet received.
we're afraid that since our child is 細B so the school will not send the app. form to us ah.
we heard that the school prefers 大仔.
hope that it's not true la.
but really so worry!!!!!!!!!

For those "big B", their interview date is Friday, but for those "small B", their interview will be carried on Saturday (according to my experience). Moreover, St. Cat. has classes especially for small B, so if your baby was borned in Oct., Nov. or Dec. may still has chance to be accepted by St. Cat.

I called St.Cat this morning and they acknowledged receipt of my application form and with send me within these few days.

I sent on 17/9.

For those mami worries about the situation, you may call 2336 5170 to check. They start to work at 9:00am.

我早知道是9月中派表, 每次電詢也是沒說確實日期. 但因為病了1個月, 再加上沒想到只有一個星期派表時間, 所以上星期五再詢問時回覆已派完...

我或許都會寄信再試吓有沒有機會. 只有儘人事吧. 如果真的不行, 只可說我囝囝跟這學校沒緣份吧.

在申請入學表上有一項是問如果上午班full晒, 會否考慮下午班, 請問你們在申請表上是填會or否? 我驚填了"會", 如果亞b又pass左,他們便會安排讀下午班(我prefer上午班).

I've called them and they say they have received my "application for application form" and it will be mailed out this couple of weeks, but I'm also afraid I don't have enough time to return the form.

佢地話會逐一send application form 比家長,唔駛担心,interview 及交form 日期都會唔同第一批

Just need two photos, one for the interview card to be brought on the interview day, another for the application form.

Information in the application form is mainly:

-Your choice of AM/PM class, Cantonese/English or Putonghua/English stream
-Name, address, tel no.
-Names of parent, job, company, address, tel no.

Nothing special.

My son's interview day is Nov 8 too. So, will the interview for small kids be easier?

I chose to do the interview in Eng as he seems understanding Eng better as my helper speaks to him in Eng all the times. However, lately, he seems understands more in Cantonese when we talk to him. If he answers most stuffs in Eng (the objects name, color,etc) , can we choose Cantonese to be interviewed still?Can we still change the language now anyway?

我對interview 用的語言都很擔心, 因我們平時教囝囝形狀, 顏色都用英文詞語, 但日常對話就用廣東話, 所以我選了廣東話面試, 但若老師問囝囝, 哪個是黃色, 哪個是圓形, 佢會聽唔明, 但講yellow 及 circle, 他便知, o甘點算 ? 可否要求老師用英文講形狀, 顏色? 會唔會扣分? 但再教囝囝形狀, 顏色的廣東話, 我驚佢混沌, 你們有無同樣問題?

哈，我囝囝都係，因為我覺得佢主要問顏色、形狀等問題，而教極佢講呢do既中文名稱都難過登天，所以我就揀了用英文interview了！但佢其他對話就多數講廣東話！所以我都擔心o架！不過，正如大家所講，應該有好多小朋友都有此情況吧！

You are luckier than me.

Although I received the application of St Cat, the interview time given is exactly the same as the interview time of KV. Since they all said the interview cannot be changed, I have to struggle which one is going to scrafice.

Can anyone here are kind enough to give me some advice? My girl is a very "small" girl (born in Dec) and her brother is currently studying in KV (K3).

我相信如果要小朋友用英文成句句子答就真係難的！不過，單字應該無問題既！e.g who takes you here? 小朋友其實只需要答：Mommy or daddy 一兩個字咋喎！我諗媽咪係側邊幫幫手做翻譯都唔太覺吧！如果揀用廣東話in，未同小朋友講：老師問你circle係邊個呀？in 英文的，當小朋友唔明，咪提佢小小中文囉！唔嚴重出貓應該唔多覺吧！

It was through my son who is an existing student of KV.

Based on my past experience, they only allowed one of the parents to attend the interview. And honestly, I do not know their standard of admitting student because my son performed very well in the St Cat interview and poorly in the KV interview. Ironically, he was admitted by KV and was only put on waiting list of St Cat.

I am sure most of school do not like parents assist to answer the question. So parents do not too anxious to prompted your kid to answer any question.

Most of teacher will guide your kid to answer the question. Wrong answer is better than you guide your kid to answer. Just leave it for teacher to do it.

I did not apply SC and did apply KV last year. My feeling was very good while we did interview at KV. Those teachers were very nice and were willing to guided my son to answered all question.

我打了電話去st cat問, 佢地話如果選英文interview, 便由外籍老師 interview, 並且學校未有指引話小朋友用了另外一種語言答會否不計分, 她只強調佢地有好多小朋友去 interview, 言下之意, 語言不符便不著數
