校風好好, 唔係好谷, 我覺得適中, 小朋友返得開心. 面試唔難,多數都會收, 因為培道不是好top的私校. 如果你喜歡小朋友平均發展, 可以選擇培道.

聽聞此校很嚴, 要學生很守規舉, 但我囡囡很活潑及坐唔定, 這校是否活動教學?

看過school websit, for P.1-2 is 活動教學. P.3-5 is 傳統教學. I want to join their Oct/4 簡介會 too but no body 接聽 today.

我和囡囡都會去open day, 昨天已打去登記。唔知這校的英文水平如何? 我4/10早上去礼賢,下午去培道, 希望可以比較下!

My personal experience only:

It is a very good school for the children, the children are given a lot of opportunities to develop their talents.
The teachers are loving and caring.
Work ? I think it is appropriate.
English ? I think it is above average. Not to Compared with some very "tough" DSS schools.
Most important: Moral teaching is good.
Children are happy growing up here.

我同事個姪女讀緊小一話番學好開心,好鍾意番學!
但,我個人意見,唔會揀呢所學校,因為實在太細了

校舍雖小, 如果校風好, 升中派位又屬於九龍城區, 都可以考慮。

問吓自己要乜?如要好谷,英文好深培道就唔啱你要求!要好有創意培道都唔啱你,始終係老牌傳統老校。
有人真係唔like D 課外活動死版。

培道校風好,我見小朋友有禮幾乖。一至三年班都唔會太谷小朋友。四年班開始谷ga啦!升中唔好無人讀ga la!
之前校長話新中學起好會收男生。open day 你問一問啦!
中文用國語。
小朋友可以留校做工課到5:45pm不另收費,有老師睇,但要自己接,亦可以留到4:30pm跟下午班幼稚園校車走。唔俾玩同talk 就算做完功課。
老師有愛心,唔會見你差唔理你。

記得去年參觀培道, 覺得校舍幾舊, 但好奇怪地有一間好新, 好似好先進的校園電視台.

本人一直覺得校園電視台只是人有我有, 只有很小數同學可以用到. 培道的校園電視台同校舍完全格格不入. 點解唔用起校園電視台的錢去改善他們的圖書館? 大家參觀時可以留意一下.

培道的校長說他們的老師流失率很低, 老師教到結婚,生仔, 退休先走. 大賣中學屬於九龍城區名校區等等......

我都覺得培道ok架~~不過佢係私校,要比錢.但係校風真係唔錯,雖然校舍有啲舊,但個度環境唔錯,又唔會好嘈

Any mama will go on tomorrow? I have reserved a seat as I want to know more details about this school and hopefully, it will not bad and believe it will be 中規中巨. I want my daughter will have happy in her primary life.... 校風&愛心老師 is very important in every school. I think if a good school, then child will more interesting to studying.

i went to the open day without bringing my kid. I think the teachers are experienced and helpful. I think this school is suitable for nurturing children who have average abilities in all areas. It seems that school will not put great pressure on academic results. HOwever, you kid will be happy there due to the small class size. It is like a big family. If you are agressive parents with very bright kids, perhaps this is not your school.

Anybody knows if it is true that the secondary school will intake boys in the future? Mine is a boy and I am thinking if I should let him try this school.

Thanks for your comments. I also have went to open day on yesterday and have talked with teacher regarding your question, she said for their secondary school is still for 'girl' only (at this moment). I think child can be developed under 平均發展 is better, so I have let my daughter to interview in this school as well. Thanks.

Agreed: it is not a school for agressive parents.
Not agreed: All Children have a lot of potential, give them a chance, they will develop and get excellent in their own area.
A bright kid is only average amongst a group of brigth kids
Whereas, he/she shines brighter and glows when others are not as bright as him/her.

曾經聽過有d mama講, 課程不太深,不太淺(中間). 小朋友在這校讀書會好開心因為老師們不会因小朋友的成績較差就不理会他們.. 他們都是佷有愛心的老師....本人認為如小朋友能夠在一個愉快学習的環境中上学是很重要的, 這樣他們自然對學習能題起興趣啦....培道雖然不是有名氣的私校, 但一般人都說它的校風好. 看見當天open day的学生也好有禮貌. 有些人覺得学校較細, 但如果此校是有名氣的,相信再細也会有很多人報名的....

功課班應該是自己要求的, 當天ask for teacher, 最遲可留到5:45pm. 但無校車. 如4:40pm走, 幼稚園校車可接埋.

轉校長無聽過wor....

你還有無報其它私小呀? 囝囝樣子好靚仔wor.你住边區呀?第一輪自選,選了which school?

佢校舍真係細左d, 但好彩內裹既設施都新, 同埋幾update. 所以對我黎講細唔最大問題.最緊要係開心返學得黎, 但都要學到野, 足夠佢升中學用. (加上係仔, 冇中學backup麻)

我住附近, 行路可到, 所以對我黎講, 呢個都係一個好吸引地方.

不過....收阿仔先算啦.

聖三一堂, 我更加唔知. 都係私校?

另有一件事漏左講, 當天有一位老師說, 此校会有留級的(如小朋友成績真的很追不上), 因他們覺得勉強升班是對小朋友不太好, 基楚必需要打得好才可以的.

我仔今年P2,之前係培道幼稚園讀,個年開家長會話,新中學起好會收男生。但個年P6唔得要等一兩年,當年校長係咁講ga! 但係咪批左我就唔知啦!

課程淺嗎?功課多唔多?................要深要多5好去培小,我認局式中ok, 唔夠自已加。學生有禮幾乖,可能女仔多,社工長注school,有問題會幚你。培小5係D只抜尖晤補底ge小學。

My dd was interview this morning. The teachers in this school are nice & helpful. Except the size of the school, everything is alright.
Did somebody know is it all PT Primary student will be accepted by PT Secondary school? And how is the quality of PT secondary school?

My daughter was also went to P.T for interview. Fyi, I have already asked your questions on the open day, teacher told me that not all primary school p.t students will accepted by their secondary school but will 優先 consider. I have already write a posted in 升中派位, how about for P.T. secondary school, somebody advised me that it's 中中 (band 2頭). 校風is good.

之前5少女仔返返培中, 培中係中中Band 2, 但乖ga!傳統女校,但前年借左德貞school。

其實培道中學係BAND 2, 如果自己小朋友係讀到書,呢個校網有好多BAND 1,BAND2中學選擇.就算中學唔收男生,問題都唔係咁大.

english standard同一般津校差不多,每兩課就會有一次QUIZ, 壓力唔大,小朋友易 HANDLE, 默書範圍一早俾定,家長有足夠時間同小朋友溫習.
