My suggestion to jjhung is specificially for P.4 or above, and not suitable for P.1 & 2.

係呀協生唔補小一至小三，因為協生要求小朋友要有自律。其實睇你小朋友接唔接受佢o地教法，因為協生o個亞sir都幾惡，我認識一個家長個仔接受唔到d習作所以唔補(因功課外補習社會給習作做)。但亞sir同miss都好有心機教，佢o地會自己做d卷給小朋友做，如請假如家長要求可e-mail習作給小朋友做，同佢o地有試堂其實除給家長&小朋友知道補習班情況外，亦給亞sir觀察小朋友是否有自律及會否太頑皮而影響到其他同學。因小兒話給我知曾有同學試堂後唔收小朋友，因這小朋友在補習班影響到其他人補習，所以亞sir寧願收小個學生。

My son is now studying in St. Jo. P3. I am looking for a tuition center that can look after my son and his homework for the whole afternoon in the coming September since I am a working mother.

我仔仔現讀p2係聖利祿補習社補習，我好小見人講這間補習社，請問大家有沒有聽過同有沒有人係d間補習社補過?我好想聽下大家意見，因為我沒有試過其他補習社，所以沒有比較。

近中央圖書館果間好似專補「聖保祿」女校喎！
灣仔果間好似好「迫o急」咁。

I know one centre which provides excellent academic education of Chinese, Mathematics, English and Sciencce. Almost all those studied there could be granted as band one and promote to SJC.

The centre proceed tender guidance to a limited student in one class. Better enrol earlier during summer course if there is vacancy. The principal admits P3 up student via parent introduce only.

Ladies and gentlemen,

Please dont kick 回應 to me for further so that this topic would not occupy too much pages.

I'm not going to advertise for this centre. If by PM, I would honestly share my experience with you. However, whatever how good the basis of the tuition is depending on the chemistry reaction between the tutor and the student.

I think most of you heard about Mrs Miu, Mrs Yip and Mrs ko, etc....

請你們比D信心自己的小朋友, 初小的P1 - P3課程並不像外界流傳的深, 只要你們很花時間, 每天和小朋友跟功課, 星期天温吓書, 應該無問題, 希望你們付出一些時間和他們一起適應小學生活, 不要一開始就把他們交比補習社.
初小就比小朋友快樂地度過, 要谷都等高小才開始.

Don't worry! My son joined St Joe from kindergarten is now F.6 in SJC (he loves the school). Only started tutorial in mid-secondary.

In primary school, just spend some time each night with him for checking homework; preparing the dictations in weekends are good enough. Do encourage them to read more books (both Eng and Chinese) that they are interested in. This is of crucial importance for good academic results and all-rounded development.....

當知道小朋友會讀嗰陣就先恭喜。但之後就話：『入到去讀，功課多，壓力大。小朋友排名係以小數後計算。唔係好多時間玩，隨時要預備補習。如果平均分冇8x，老師會要求見家長。考試估佢唔到，但仍然有學生100分。』
講到成間龍門客棧咁。
其實真實情況係點架？

SCKnight, 不要擔心, 令郎能在sjps完成6年小學教育是很幸福的, 也為他打好基礎。小一至小三課程是OK, 可接受, 升高小後, 課程比較繁重, project多, ECA也多, 不是外間說的那麼樣恐怖......只要時間分配好, sjps仔學多好多嘢.....博咀好叻 (不是無禮)。學校所教的, 未足以應付考試, 考試範圍很廣, 一般要出外補習。只要養成閱讀習慣, 多看書, 基本是沒問題

初小其實比較好輕鬆，仔仔小二都容易應付，主要訓練小朋友做功課做快d，上課專心一點，考試小心d，多看課外書。
