Hi Che,

My son is also in 1B. I'm so worry as he is not very well in both English & PTH, but he quite happy in this school. The class is seperated in 4 teams, he is one of the teams' leader. (I think assist teacher to collect books, fees etc) I hope he can enjoy the school and will not repeat.

Hi Che,
I check the daily assignment from the school website & found that there has a Dictition , but I don't know it will on next Wednesday or not. But my son's homework only mentioned Chinese Worksheet. Miss Rain stated that we need to bring all the English & S & HE books to school. My son's school bag will be very heavy tomrrow.

It's very kind of you to be a volunteer reader. I'm sure the kids will love your presence. Is it once a week or a month ?

I'll see how I could make it. But in the short run, I don't think I can join. What's a pity !

My kid has been suntanned already during the summer. So I cannot see the difference now. ha ha.....

I'm still worried about how they will get dressed back in uniform after the swimming test.

Miss Yeung had said it clearly during the orientation sessions that students need to bring altogether four books plus the exercise book (the brown one) to school whenever there is a Math class. Since they have Math classes every day, so they have to bring all these books back to school.

I fully agree with you that the schoolbag is too too ...too ... heavy for a kid of G1.

My son is six & a half. He is a big son  (Dai Chai)
Miss Chan had said that we no need to bring the text books in this two weeks, but my son claimed that he needs to bring for each subject.  It make me confusion.
I agreed that the school bag is very heavy every day.  Dr Kong's school bag is quite good & very comfortable.

Don't worry, same problem with my kid who did not have the Math book as well as the WS.

My kid said most of the classmates have handed in the book together with the WS to Miss Yeung.

Anyway, I have written down in the handbook to inform Miss Chan and Miss Yeung that the homework had not been done because the WS was left at school !

My son is a sportman so I've enrolled in tennis & football. I'm also a working MaMa on weekdays. So I'm free in Sat & Sun. They have a trial quiz on SHEd and dictation on English respectively.

Does she have to wear the PE uniform on Monday, a day which is not a PE day, or have to bring the PE uniform to change after school ?

Hi all,

Have checked with the school about the tennis classes :

----the tennis classes will start next week and students who have enrolled can wear the PE uniform back to school even on a day that is not a PE day.

-- please bring a racket (for kid) back to tennis class.

--- remember to inform the school bus helper if your kids need the afterschool bus service

---- also, a bottle of water is a must !

As to the swimming gala tomorrow, have you noted the school notice ? I don't think the event will be held as scheduled. Anyway, the students will have to bring back the books as well as the swimming gear to school tomorrow.
