can anyone tell me what is the actual start time/end time, coz my bn bun came home late, she said the program starts 30 min late

my 姐姐 didn't mention it started late; but she said it finished around 1:00pm... my 姐姐 said it's very interesting class... what's your 姐姐's thought?
