My daughter is also P1A, her name is Celeste. nice to meet you all here.

My daughter said she had a good time today in school and cannot wait to go to school tomorrow.

I have a question to ask, my daughter said that they don't have to bring any text books tomorrow and Wed. Is that true? Then what should they bring? When I asked her again if she is sure and then she said she is not sure. Could anyone tell me about it? Thanks!!

Hi! 各位1A班家長.

囡囡這兩天返學都好開心, 放學就一輪咀講學校事給我聽, 仲同我講識了兩個同學 (好多時一齊小息, 一男, 一女), 不過佢唔記得問咩名. Katy係第6組, 你地呢??

可是今早Katy臨上校車時就有少少喊, 佢話驚明天正式上堂會帶錯書/漏書, 我已經即時講唔使驚老師實會講明帶咩書既, 希望佢今日無咩事啦.

飯盒, Katy昨天食螺絲粉, 佢話都 ok啦, 但都食了大半, 老師最低要求係大半wow.

以後大家請多多指教呀!

話咁快返第三日學，仔仔Carson慶幸未有不適應的情況出現。不過，就話未識到同學仔，希望佢慢慢先從自己的座位附近的同學仔認識先。
另外，佢昨日吃午膳時都有剩小小飯，我覺得已經好叻，因為無阿媽睇住都食到大部份。
　　　　學校的放學安排好似有些少改善，不過若果分開以不同級數的zone area，咁D家長咪唔駛企埋一堆，方便快捷。

Celeste also said she likes going to school. but I hope when they start having homework, she still likes it, since these two days, they just played in the school. She said to me they listened to some music yesterday.

I asked my daughter which group that she is belonged to, she said she is Group 2 but then she said she cannot remember?!

So I have to ask her again.

I also order lunchbox from the school as well. My daughter said teachers said when they are full then they can stop eating.

You go to the school to pick up your son,right? my daughter goes to school/home by school bus but on every wed, I go to the school to pick her up. Maybe I can see you in the school next time when I pick up my daughter.

I called the school today and asked about 口號設計比賽, Ms Foo said they want the children to think of it themself, think of some 口號 to encourage their own class, For example : P1A, work hard & Add oil!! then they will stick it in their classroom. So主題 is around P1A.

你住邊區架?? 我地係坑口那邊, 囡囡雖然係大B, 但佢既思想仲好細

, 有時好細膽同好緊張, 真係請你們多多指教, 大家互通消息及看顧一下.

lunch我不是太擔心, 因為囡囡食野無嘜所謂, 最多唔好味時佢只會同我投訴幾句便算亦都會照食.

不過昨天回校時又有突發事件, 剛巧下雨, 佢地要係有蓋地方下車, 可能Katy未試過係後樓梯上班房, 佢驚迷路&樓梯好暗 & 得佢一個, 於是又緊張上黎有少少喊, 幸好佢最後搵到高班小朋友帶佢上班房, 但佢回家好像嚇親同我哭著說.

我惟有同佢一齊想辦法去克服呢個問題. 不過睇怕往後仲有好多問題要面對. 只是開學3-4日, 都比佢攪到頭都大埋. 希望Katy好快可以完全適應啦.

你們書包今天重嗎?? 我覺得都好重.

Carson 話自己坐第6組，並認識了姓馬的女同學，唔知係唔係你囡囡呢？

Carson呢個星期都有小小意外，就係星期三係操場俾同學撞到地上，有小小皮外傷；可幸的是有一位中學姐姐帶佢到老師處，安排清潔傷口，所以回家時沒有喊，反而好詳細講呢件事俾我地聽。但一問到佢上堂老師講甚麼，佢就話唔記得，真激死！

We live in Sai Kung. But it's not too far from the school. On every Wed, my daughter needs to learn Ballet, that's why I need to go to school to pick her up.

My daughter is so picky of food. So when we choose the lunchbox, we have to do it together, so I will make sure she will eat it. but I know for her speed of eating, I don't think she can finish her lunchbox.

My daughter's birthday is actually today. so she is not 'big' b. but she is not a shy girl, sometimes I think she is abit too outgoing. Ms Foo said to me yesterday that Celeste likes to talk to the other children and make friends with them, she has a nice personality(I was thinking myself, I hope she won't find my daughter is too talkative later on

).

maybe if my daughter and your daughter play together, they can balance each other.

I also think the school bag is very heavy today.

My daughter also係操場俾同學撞到地上，有小小皮外傷, but it's part of her own fault. Coz she said she was playing "Catch" with the other girl. and got hit by an older boy. I told her I said to her many times that don't run in the school. but seems like she doesn't really listen to me.

My daughter is the same, when I ask her if she could share what happen in school today, then she will say,"I don't want to talk about it or I cannot rememebr,"

I also checked my daughter's homework record, she just wrote down 2 功課,小作家& Chinese worksheet. but for what I seen on the handbook,
she just wrote down "小作家P.1, so does it mean, just draw the picture? Do they have to colour it as well? And for the worksheet, she put down "1-5" so does it mean they don't have to do the "6-9" at the back of the worksheet?

I asked her and she said she cannot remember...

) I know she told some of the children in the class that today is her birthday but I don't know if she told her class teachers. But I knew she told the "ee" and school bus driver and she said they sang her a birthday song.

I am a full time mom, I still have a 10 months old son. And are you also a full time mom as well?

I asked Celeste tonight to see if she knows a girl name "Katy" , she said to me she knew which girl is katy but haven't talked to her yet. She said bcoz katy is in group 6, is that right? And I asked her how do you know that girl's name is katy. She said in the Eng class, they need to write their name on a piece of paper and then stand in front of the class and tell everyone what their name is. And bcoz my name is Katie. So when your daughter introduce her name, my daughter said to Ms Lam, "My mommy's name also is Katie!!"

So that's how she knew your daughter's name.

Yes Katy is Group 6 (正確有3個女仔)!! Katy係帶眼鏡既孖瓣女, 佢都有講name card stand既事比我知, 仲講話有個同學仔媽咪都係Katie/Katy! 仲有個叫Toby男仔. 講講下佢又up 左一個叫Jennifer既女仔. 相信囡囡現正努力認識新同學.

中文 - 小作家: 我見Katy係第一頁畫左圖畫 & 作左一句野 (唔記得嘜tim). 有一份筆順生字練習.

真好你係做全職媽媽, 要用好多心機&心力去揍小朋友, 相信真係一份好難做既職業. 早前我放大假揍囡囡真係比佢攪到頭都大, 心力交碎, 我要返工架, 婆婆幫手揍Katy放學.

lunch box - 想問下你地係帶飯 or order lunch box???聽囡囡講好似不大好味, 不過佢每天都食到大半. 可能下個月開始我要同佢prepare飯盒.

According to the sitting plan that you described,So does it mean there are 7 children in group 6? coz my daughter said there's only 5 children in her group? Do you know how many children in their class?

My daughter said Miss Lam didn't go to school today, so there's a male teacher(Mr Chan) came to their english class. My daughter said there're lots of teachers are "Chan".
Celeste already finished all of her homework in the school today. so she is happy that she doesn't need to do any homework at home.

睇佢畫法真係有7個位, 我今日再同佢re-cfm一次.
功課 - Katy都係小息及功課堂時完成了, 她還很開心地說有功課堂真好, 可以係學校做晒功課, 不過Maths都有些錯, 我已教她改好了.

如Katy無記錯她的書包是和Celeste一個牌子的.

係呀, Katy都有講昨天唔見Ms. Lam, 上Eng堂時做了colouring, 我都和她說可能老師有事請假呢.

I also wondered why she can finish all the homework in the school, she said teacher teaches her and also for those she doesn't know how to do it, she copy it from the other children.

So, I said to her, don't copy from the other children next time.If she doesn't know how to do it, "ASK" but I am happy that at least she is honest with me.

Hi everyone,

My daughter just got home and I just checked her homework. there's --Math(A) But I have no idea what they have to do. My daughter just wrote down:

two
more
fewer

I asked her what does teacher want her to do, she said something teacher asked them to write 5 words, but she has no idea what to write. Does anyone know here and can help me?Thanks

Today seems to have lots of homework.

Chinese - Literature P.2-3(hand in on next Tue) they have to memorise the poem. seems a bit difficult(at least to my daughter), worksheet

English - Penmanship2 (Bb, the blue sky, a book, also draw picture on the other page)

Maths - Math(a) this is the one I have no idea what to do, so I just ask my daughter do it like the penmanship, each word write 5 times(coz that's what my daughter said)--one,two, more, fewer

G.S.-- worksheet

I notice some of the books that is supposed to be kept in the school but they still bring it back home. then their school bag will be very heavy.

And I don't know why for their eng penmanship, it starts from "Bb" not "Aa" I see the other classes, they start from "Aa" first.

For the Maths workbook homework from yesterday .My daughter still have it in her school bag, How about your children? Have they hand it to the teacher already? Or Celeste forgot to hand it in?

Celeste said they have no PTH lesson since they use it for the Literature(the yellow book), I don't know if its true?!

Yes, 昨天真的頗多功課. 回到家都要用一定時間counter check.

Katy好似本 Maths WB都係書包.

聽Katy講昨天中文有個Quiz, 老師話睇下佢地識幾多中文, 不過聽說不太難.

囡囡說已經與Celeste做左朋友, 小息有時都一起.

另re-cfm w/ Katy, Gp 6總共有6個小朋友.

書 - 係呀, 好似未見佢地放野係Locker.

Eng - 聽她講Eng有3位老師, Ms. Lam (on sick leave now in these two days), Ms. Chan & Ms. Kong (mostly for Penmanship purpose.)

I asked Celeste again and she said Ms Yip did give them another ws but she doesn't have it, and she didn't ask teacher to give it to her. So I said to her to ask ms Yip to give it back to her tomorrow.

I hope that we don't have to worry about them soon and they can manage their homework .

this starting period is not easy. my son doesn't like to do HW. I've to change the routine of doing HW from after dinner (when kinder) to before dinner (now) .. hope my son can get use to it soon ..

講開做功課，真係好似同佢打仗。因為佢未試過每天做咁多功課，所以要做吓又停吓先可以完成，一般都要做1個多鐘頭。
另外，仔仔亦無記性，送咗一個「麵包超人」食物盒，唔夠1個星期，佢就唔見咗！以後都係買平平地的盒算數。

"好似唔係我地返學仲清楚過返學個個" I totally agree with u, everytime I ask Celeste, she always says "I don't know/ I cannot remember."

If we don't come here and exchange info then we will definitly don't know what's happening in school.

Celeste said she changed to group 1 now, how about katy? today Celeste got hit by a boy from her class( coz the boy was running around) and she fell on the floor and hurt her arm. She said she cried in the school and there's a girl took her to the medical room. I just said to her that she is a very good girl didn't run in the school. just don't get close to those kids who are running around next time.

中文默書可依照有關通告，內容已有解釋。不過，可能要教小朋友甚麼叫做默書。因為Carson係讀幼稚園時，未有默書的安排，所以昨日要對佢詳解默書的形式。
另外，我覺得昨日的功課都頗多；Carson寫寫吓都唔想做，要多多勸佢才做多一點。
