女人心,
My situation is exactly the same as you. My son also has 散光 in the range of 200-300o.
We bought the 3M light right in ~Jun. Not sure the impact yet. But at least it is much brighter for the studying/working area.
I think 散光 is naturally born due to the shape of the cornea and I hope if we help him to control well, it will not increase further.
would appreciate the other parents can share.

我囝囝K1時已用3M書枱燈,有冇幫助就真係唔知,但起碼心理上有幫助,自己已想盡辦法,即使沒有改善都起碼唔會怪自己乜都無做過.

其實散光是天生的,醫生話是眼球形狀生得唔夠圓.
我囝囝都有75度散光.

買左一年。好似網友咁講，起碼心理上好過D....自已都試過用來睇書，又真係無咁 "燦"眼...
