Just want to plan for my little child. Is studying in an IS in HK as good as studying abroad? Any comments?

Pls elaborate a bit more why you think UK boarding is much better than IS in HK. And how about study in other countries like Australia, Canada?

no one could compare wor. but we could compare Top Universities in the world. Which country had the most Top U? But could you relate the top U to top high school education? I am afraid not.
