我覺得讀邊間幼稚園沒有關係，因我小兒所讀的幼稚園是一間沒有名氣的學校；相信小朋友面試表現才是最重要！另面試時不用揸筆考試，只是分組見面吧！

They have extra-curricular activities after school but they are all at your choice and not compulsory.  They have tennis, science, computer and taekwondo etc..
So you can choose according to you kid's interest.

As for family background, I can only say some classmates are better and some are average.  We belong to the "average" group.

And for religion, I'm not sure about this.  This is a Christian school but we are catholics.

Hope the above gives you some idea about the school.

My daughter will start her kindergarten soon and it's a local one using Cantonese as the main (almost only) teaching medium.

Does the interview requires the candidates to speak fluent English?

If so, I need to spare extra time in teaching her English. Thanks!

As far as I know, you could choose to be interview in Cantonese, English or Putonghua in the interview this year.

Eventhough I chose Cantonese for my daughter's interview. However, as my daughter told me, the teacher would asked different questions in Cantonese, English then Mandarin during the interview. Hope this can help you a little.

She just had her birthday party last weekend after receiving the letter. May be they have chance to celebrate together one day.

My son was born in Feb (so called "big boy") and got the acceptance letter too.

我是10月11日in的,是11月10日收信,我朋友10月12日in,11月8日已收到信了,註册日期是11月25-27日,我和朋友都準備明年比仔仔讀,因為間學校真係太好,今年中學已轉了直資,相信比現時中學會更好,還有很多進步空間,小學讀完不用再煩考中學都很好...

我囝囝係十月十二號interview的，十一月八號收到信，我都會俾留位費，因為呢間係老公心儀的小學，而囝囝自己都好鍾意。

我朋友的兒子是一位IQ 130的資優兒童.但他考了幾所學校也不成功.當中包括直資,國際.我們都想請問,你覺得你小朋友有什麼過人之處,可以考到聖士提反追這所好學校呢

I don't think "IQ 130的資優兒童 " is a point that DSS/private will accept students. Good Manner is important.

My son went to 蘇浙. A few of his classmates are from 寶山. Also many from Victoria.

Why not, try first.
After you got the acceptance letter from all the primary school, then you start to plan the move.

The interview date/time is given out when u hand in the application form, i.e. it is according to the time of application.
