請問問, 如果得15分想入呢3間學校係唔係無咩機會, 邊間會易入D, 如要排位, 點排好

我囡囡有20分,揀st. mary都吾係太大把握....因為太多old girls & 家姐. 係bk呢到有d媽咪話20分都係5揀1.即係話頭一round得20%.
如果我囡囡第一round揀st. rose,機會有8-9成,因為佢係st. rose kinder.
st. Mary 好近我屋企,而st. rose因重建有3年會在坪石,路程會好遠,而中學又在沙田.
st. Mary 第一&第二round競爭都好激烈,入吾到可能會派去六七志願....
我而家都1516,吾知點揀好......請大家比d意見.....

hi shalie,

maybe my sister's daughter was very lucky. she is studying on st.mary but only 15marks. Now, she is promoted to p.2 on coming Sept.

本人剛好路過, 如果放St. Mary第一, 第二油天, 第三循道; 你唔放第一, 他人也會放你的第二或第三志願第一, 咁樣吔會派到好後囉, 請問有無過來人指教呢? 因我都想知囡囡嚟緊9月掂算好?

其實15分不妨試循道, 機會相對大. st.mary 同油天15分機會都好微.

Given only 15 marks, the chance of getting in the three schools you mentioned is really really slim.
So, I would suggest you to choose one that is not necessarily be in net 31 with less competition. If you don't have any other, then i would suggest you to choose methodist or 油天 in the first round. As these two schools may still have seat after the final round and choosing them in the first round can be a proof of loyalty to the school. If talking about the final round, if you have some good private school as back up, then no harm to choose those three school in the first three places (in 甲 & 乞). Having them in the first three places is to show to the school that you are loyal to them, this can be of help when you come to the knocking door process. this is my strategy.

I am in net 31, getting 20 marks. but not bingo with St Mary in the two rounds. But I put three schools that I really like in 甲, then i got interviews by two of them on the knocking door process.

For my opinion, you can't put all these three as 1st-3rd
choice in lucky draw. If you can't bingo on 1st choice, you will not have any change in 2rd-3th choice since all these
three are very popular selection in this 31 net. All of them can't provide enough seats for 1st choice students so
how can you get the seat at 2rd-3th choice. I just played this game this year. My daughter has 30 classmates.
Almost 80% of them selected St. Mary & 油天 as 1st
choice,  & St. Mary or 油天 as 2nd choice, & Methodist as 3rd choice. Only one of 30 can bingo 油天 and none of
them can bingo St. Mary. They all lost the seat to
Methodist too.  Finally, they all allocated to after 5th
choice.
Therefore, you can only one of three as 1st choice, and
select other better one as 2nd choice.  I selected
Methodist as 1st choice this year and bingo AM class
luckily. At the 1st round, I also got 15 marks but failed to
Medhodist.

我囡囡2006年抽既時候, 第一round 20分抽油天, 但原來20分都只係得3個位, 因為太多人25分. 所以15分機會真係好微.

This year, my daughter has 15 marks and choosed St. Mary's as first choice and Methodist PM as 2nd and Methodist AM as 3rd.

The outcome was we were allocated to our 4th choice - a school that we will not let our daughter to study.  The reason we took this risky arrangement was we have private school to back up.

Just my own perference, I don't like 油天, as their secondary school allocation result to Band 1 school was not as good as before.  I will have to worry again 6 years later.

My suggestion: if you can afford it, definitely try to get some private school for back up and do whatever you want in the lucky draw.

Knocking door to St. Mary's is extremely difficult as I don't expect many people will give up their seats.  Also, they have so many old girls try to send their daughter to the school.  For methodist, they will interview the students who knock their doors and I know quite a few to get in successfully - good luck.

You are right. One of my daughter's classmates chose all popular schools in the first, second and third choices. Eventually, he is selected to a nineth choice. Then he has to knock the door of Kei Toa. For those popular schools in Net 31, you can only choose one. That is the limitation of that Net.

你咁排係正路, 但第二最好選循道下午而不是上午...因近年太多人將循道上午放第二位, 所以個號碼一唔靚就好易派得好差.

如果有私校做backup, 而大抽獎之前EDB寄過信來問你已有私校收了, 你會否放棄大抽獎, 如果回覆依然不放棄, 但個所謂隨機編號會唔會你有私校backup的小朋友去最後呢??

因個人認為, 佢特登抽得起來每個出信去問, 唔放棄再放回抽獎, 就放你最後.....因我有幾個朋友都係咁所以派去八同九志願.....但無私校收過的朋友, 反而一派就派到第一志願比佢!!

有backup是不是有影響?

I have a friend who has several private schools as back up. She put St Mary as the only school in the lucky draw. You will never know, she bingo with St Mary.
Once again, if you have good private school as backup, don't waste the A and B part to put in whatever school you want. But if you don't want to go to private school, please choose one top school as the 1st choice, and 2nd tier as follow.

我的囡囡在2007年時參加幸運大抽獎，但我已有直資學校做後盾，所以我很冒險的在甲部第一志願填了St. Mary，第二和三志願填了他區的心儀學校，而在乙部第一志願填了St. Mary，第二志願填了循道(上午)，第三志願填了循道(下午)，第四志願填了油天(海泓道)，我心想如派不到St. Mary我是不會去註冊，結果我的囡囡很幸運派了St. Mary。但今年我的姨甥用了我的方法，結果被派到一所沒有派的學校。

今年我囝囝都有參加電腦派位,原本第一round都有試舊油天,他當時只有10分(因為佢唔係第一名子女,係第二!)當然唔得啦!跟住佢有私校收咗,我好大膽咁甲部全部跨哂綱跟住乙部次序係:1.舊油天 2.新油天 3.循道
點知好幸運都派到第一志願...。所以派唔派到好睇隨機號碼!

是啊. 不單31區, 34區都很差. 可能都是女子好區, 女子今年都去了這兩個區.

同埋41區大check地址, 都掃走左幾十個假地址. 不過, 41區男仔依然好係好差.

但年年不同, 好難估.
