我想 Pictionary 應該是學年初用 white cards/index cards 做的那本. 其實我囡囡完全無提過要做要交, 反而話要做 plastic clay 交喎

Me too. I only realized today that I've been posting to the "old" forum. From the red remarks, I think forum.edu-kingdom.com is the latest one for us. My girl (in 2C) is also having unseen dictation next Wed. Since there is no particular scope to work on, probably I'll just fix her frequently incorrect spellings and won't work on special "revision". I may need to help her on the Chinese 背默 though.
My girl has also been selected for group speaking. However, the practices may overlap with her weekend activities so we are still thinking how to sort it out.
Hi Pullip,
Got the first Maths test paper back yesterday and my girl's result is disastrous.
Would probably need to keep her in shape asap. Any advice/update from you?

我個囡昨天帶回一份關於家長是否願意參加朗誦訓練通告, 不過又同課外活動撞期, 而我又要返工, 如果比我個失魂姐姐湊囡囡返學又怕過校門前馬路危險 !
仲有呀! 適逢今年老二要選小一, 有些Sat 可能撞正Interview or 聽講座

In 2A, only 1 girl has been selected to Eng Solo Speech. There are about 4-5 2A girls being selected to Eng Group Speech.

I remember my girl (in P. 2E) put all the Maths worksheets in a plastic folder (exclusively for this subject) for submission to teacher some time ago. I forget whether she gets it back or not.

My girl's Chinese standard is not good too. I think we have to ask her to read more books, do more exercises to have a solid foundation.

I share your feelings. Having lots of homework everyday, it's not easy to spare time to do extra things. My daughter's Chinese is terrible, I think the problem is she doesn't know how to apply the 詞語 from the textbook. I wonder what we can do except do more revision with her. Again, time is a problem.

小公主只派了中文, 閱讀只有70左右, 聆聽重差Ｄ肥佬,慘慘慘!

大家好 !雖然唔同班, 不過我估情況都是大同小異吧.
我囡囡都是中文最差. 閱讀理解方面26分只取得幾分. 她說老師話囡囡班同學仔大多都是在閱讀理解方面較弱. 老師叫同學仔們要睇多些書 !

另外我覺得中文排序那一部份的分數扣得太嚴格,
有二題,囡囡答對了1及4, 只是2及3 倒了變了3,2
老師1 分也不給,10分通通扣曬。給他一個0分。
我覺得不給一半分數也應該給1/3。

Hi Class 2E mums,
The Maths and Chinese papers are really not difficult. After the assessment, my princess told me that she knew how to do. But the results was totally out of expectation......, so many careless mistakes, much more mistakes than she was in P.1. Don't know what to do to improve this la.
