My boy want to study in SM in 09/10, can anybody tell me whether I need to submit a profile? many thanks...

I did it last year and luckily my boy got an offer.

I also submitted a profile last year & I found that the head teacher would go through the profile during the 2nd interview. I saw her place on the desk.
