女兒本身讀緊普通的幼稚園,如果小學讀國際學校會否好吃力,跟唔上,and then 想知耀中小學好唔好,有冇家長可給一些意見,thanks a lot!

如果你只是擔心你的仔女在英文的學業上有可能追不上的話, 我想你不要太過擔心。

因為在耀中的小學, 學校一路都有為因英文跟不上的同學們提供特別的課程, 另有普通話的小班上課 (在上中文課時會到小班上課, 其餘時間會與大班一起學習), 待小朋友們的學業能追回大班的時候, 便會把他們放回大班之中。

一來有需要協助的小朋友們會得到特別的照顧, 二來他們不會因為唔識/追唔上而無哂讀書興趣。

If you want your girl to study in an international school environment, and still maintain a high standard of Chinese, Yew Chung is a good choice.

Some students there can achieve 1st language level in both English and Chinese, but only less than half of the students can do this.

I have a friend with kids at Yew Chung primary.
My observation is that, their English standard is a lot lower than most other international schools with western curriculum. Many students are unwilling to speak in English and even if theu are, they are unable to chat casually in a pure English environment. They might understand what you say and can answer you in English, but they are unable to blend into a totally English conversation and speak casually and fluently in English.
I would have reservation in saying whether they really have English at first language level.
I think their English standard is probably somewhere between local school and other international schools.

照你所講, 似乎同VICTORIA的情況類似....

個人覺得CIS & ISF的學生, 英文程度比較高..
