The application time should have finished. Every Jan and Jul each year would have new classes... so wait after July and visit the HKCC's website for the next application.

Yes, that's what exactly i said. So i said wait after Jul, the application form should be released in August.

2009年一月份課程，開始招生日期為2008年8月11日，截止報名日期為2008年8月31日。
