I've moved your last question here. Let's start a new thread on English Grammar.

When I taught my daughters grammar, I didn't have a detailed plan. I just referred to their text books and made sure they understood everything there. I bought a grammar book published by "Learners' Publishing" and went through the topics with them.  

I think for P.1 and P.2 students, the difficult part in grammar is tense and how not to mix up is/am/are and do/does in statements and questions, so I made some exercises for them to do again and again, like these:

Circle and correct all wrong words
1. He is a boy.
2. We do girls.
3. I do a girl.
4. It does sunny today.
5. She is a beautiful girl.
6. Does it a frog ?
7. Are we happy ?
8. Is they in Tai Po ?
9. Why is she so naughty ?
10. Do you seven years old ?


Circle and correct all wrong words
1. I do housework everyday.
2. They are go to school everyday.
3. She does going to school everyday.
4. The sun rise from the east.
5. We swimming in summer.
6. Does John and Mary sing in the music room ?
7. Are you draw in the art room ?
8. Are we go to school on foot ?
9. Is Millie like to sing ?
10. Do Asta and Hayley have many dolls ?


Circle and correct all wrong words
1. I am can dance.
2. They has many books.
3. She cans swimming.
4. Peter can riding a bicycle.
5. Hayley and I can play badminton.
6. Do John and Mary can climb the trees ?
7. Can birds sing ?
8. May I going to the toilet please ?
9. Can you help me please ?
10. Can she plays the piano ?

The eight parts of speech are verbs, nouns, pronouns, adjectives,  preposition, adverbs, conjunctions, and interjections.
P 1: verbs, nouns, pronouns, adjectives,  preposition
pronouns : I,We,He,She,It,him,us etc.
verbs : present tense, present continues tense
the rules of e+ing, y+ed etc.
P 2 : adverbs, conjunctions, and interjections.
verbs : past tense etc...

NOTE:
Not all sentences contain mistakes;
some sentences are correct!

Thanks Cheungll!  Your grammar exercises are very useful. Will let my daughter (P.1) do it.  Her grammar seems OK but she isvery weak at comprehension.  Maybe she loves to read Chinese booksonly.  Will borrow more English story books from library & tryto persuade her to read them during this summer holidays.
