Anyone know if I bought a place now in 41 net, but won't be moving in until finish renovating (about December), would I still be able to enter my daughter for the draw for Maryknoll ? Thank you .

As long as you are the owner of that place with sufficient supporting document (such as electricity bill, gas bill), then you are eligible.

通常小一自行分配學位, 都會係9月尾至10月頭收表, 當時校方會收住址證明副本, 如你可比出41網地址的買賣合約或"差向",相信足夠證明你真係買咗呢個地區的樓房; 至於你要12月先真係搬到去住, 都唔係問題, 因如到時教處有問題要你再比其他地址證明(如水電煤費單,但無太大使用量證明你住緊), 你可以同佢講你地的情況(買咗後要比時間裝修),再唔係你邀請佢地做家訪,佢地都唔會唔信你.

另如你地不好運,自行分配不成功, 那教處會下年1月中發信去你自行時比的住址, 叫你於何時(1月尾的星期六及日)到指定的統一派位中心填表參加派位, 到時你可以再報你愛的maryknoll了!!
