Which grade do u refer to? What's her qualification and experience? Does she study music as her major in college/u? Since I'm also a piano teacher (with prof qualifications and experience) in Tiu Keng Leng area, $600/hr sounds quite expensive for beginner.

If she is a professor, 600 per hour for diploma is not expensive. I know some teachers who got high qualification charge 800 per hour for diploma.
