所有學校停課

教育局宣布，所有學校今日停課。如果天文台於上午十時三十分或之前，改發三號熱帶氣旋警告信號，半日制小學的下午校及夜校要恢復上課，如果上午十時三十分或之前，改發三號強信號，所有學校的下午課堂及夜校，亦要恢復上課。

Please correct me if I am wrong should the typoon signal lowered to signal no. 3 before 10:30am, students need to attend school in the afternoon?
