因為小朋友會冇咁驚同埋泳池多人帶左隻眼冇咁易有事

must wear goggles especially going to public swimming pool. The entrance fee will be free in July till Sept in some swimming pools which means more people will go swimming there. My son's coach taught him how to wear goggles in his first swimming lesson. He still had itchie eyes for a few days after his lesson. I think the water has a lot of chlorine which makes eyes uncomfortable.

However, if you child is too young and will not put his/her head under water, then perhaps it's OK. I tried to ask my son to wear goggles before he took proper swimming lesson, he would not wear them until the coach said so.

要帶泳鏡,仲要帶埋泳帽.

除左生問題之外，
隻眼入左水都唔舒服啦，
帶泳鏡可以保護雙眼！

yes,若果長頭髮,d頭髮唔會阻住晒.凹入泳帽入面ok!
而且亞sir話泳池水對頭髮好傷害架.

池水好傷頭髮,浸得多會變金同甩頭髮勁d
游得多水皮膚會好乾同變(令)面,最好沖完涼搽反雪花膏
雖然搽完(林)左d,但會對皮膚好d
