Take MTR Tung Chung line, get off at Yan O, or Tung Chung. Then take shuttle bus DBo3R at Yan O, or DB01R at Tung Chung. Ask the driver where to get off and which number to change to the school( If I remember right it should be route no. 9)

Method 2, take MTR to Central then walk to Pier number 3 and take ferry to Discovery Bay, then take shuttle bus.
