I saw an Ottostein piano oj131 for 16,500, is it a deal? Usually a piano of that size should be over 30,000, right?

How about Yamaha YM5 in $38,400? My daughter is in Grade 1, the salesman of TomLee said it could be use until Grade 8, is that right?

Or any other similar suggestion?
