想請教小朋友讀pm class既家長，點安排小朋友訓覺？　
好唔好比佢地返學前訓覺同點安排呢？
定放學先比佢地訓覺？

My son was a p. K1 and K2 boy. He sleeps around 10:30 and wakes up at 9:00. He needed to sleep in K1 after school for about 1.5 hr but no need to sleep in K2. In K2, he comes home at 5:45, then takes a bath and does his homework. We have dinner at 7:15. So he can have time to play and read stories at night and he will do some studying or go to activities in the morning.
