2个女成日坐吾定,唸嘢唸到上西天, 老師介紹上Kids Yoga, 真係几OK, 學会靜落嚟呼吸, 集中精神, 肌肉伸展, 希望以后屋企會靜D啦. 市面都有好多,可以試吓. 過記得問導師係咪有教kids yoga lisenced.係咪都俾錢, 緊要個pro D架

係呀, 呀女越學越好, 大人學Yoga 得到既, apply 落小朋友度會更快見效. 你要中文or 英文 speaking 老師呢? 我个女係跟外國人老師的. 你想セchannel 呢? 我覺得啱channel 好仲要, 因為老師會講一D呼吸之用語, 你睇啦. 我幫親个間叫Yoga room. 在上環. teacher 叫 Hema. 自己上 web search or PM me.

We join Modern B and there is a kids yoka and he makes many new friends there. Although it is only 45 mins, they are very happy and the cost is not so expensive.

They also have Parents & kids yoka course too.

Yes, I heard Pure Yoga also have this kind of course for kids. The one we go call Yoga room. But I am sure there are many in HK.
