我去過ICS的網址睇唔到elemantary2009-2010招生的通告,
又在今天才知道有些國際學校會早兩年前招生,所以向各爸媽請教.

Hi

I think you can call ICS, the staff are very friendly. Last year at around mid of August, I applied ICS for my son (R1) and still they accepted my son to study in the coming cohort 2008-2009. So I think you're still opening for application.
