I'd tried to call KV to ask about the arrangement of school uniform order today but the line was engaged all the time.
Did any mom call KV successfully and know the arrangement? Pls advise, thanks.

Maybe the teachers can't go to school neither. I guess it should be postponed but not sure whether it'll resume 2 hours later after the black rainstorm signal....
