is it all the waiting list candidates will have 2nd interview?

or just a shortlist will have 2nd interview?

The school will call the waiting list students to attend a second interview with the Principal around mid-June to late July.
Both the girl and the parents will meet her.

You can write a letter to the school to show your interest. Then, you may have a higher chance to attend the 2nd interview earlier.
