Anybody join that before? How is it compared to other courses offered by swimming clubs?

My daughter played it in 2004.
If you really follow the training program, 3 days 1 week,
then 4 days a week and then 15 hours a week . . .
it is sure that a good result will get.
The training program and the trainers are much tough
compared with swimming club. the training fee are
cheaper also. but of course, a good result is solely
depend on how hard and how much your children do.

but I recommed it.
