囝囝現每兩星期上一堂ST, 已有半年, 但進展不大, 說話動機仍很低。聽聞音樂治療會有幫助, 有無小朋友学緊? 請給些意見?

老實講, 我個人覺得 ST 幫助唔大, 我個小朋友上個幾次, 但一d都唔合作, 成個小時講野唔夠10句, 仲不斷放蚊, 反而上音樂治療佢當玩, 好鬼開心, 好扳投入, 姐姐叫佢講野, 佢 70%都會講, 有時仲主動要求要玩樂器, 雖然我只 join 30 mins 的堂/week, 但成效都幾好, 您不防試下. 我現在囝囝也只上音樂治療, 沒有 ST了.

我覺得音樂治療不是 focus 在言語方面, 而是有包括認知, 社交參與等, 我亦想佢多一個興趣以分散佢無聊時的自轉行為. 佢自從參加左音樂治療後, 言語模仿力強了, 可能知道要講野先得到, 眼神交流亦多了, 因為同姐姐玩樂器要看住對方. 試過俾個鼓佢打, 佢識同爸爸講要鼓棍, 我地已覺得佢叻左好多. 當然我自己在屋企都盡量要訓練佢講野.
小朋友的專注始終有限, 我覺得每次30mins已ok, 唔會到尾玩到悶, 咁佢次次都會想再去. 之前同佢試過上 ST, 我自己都覺得好悶, 話就話有 50mins, 但佢講野仲少過上 30mins 的音樂治療

I alreay booked a time to try 彭氏音樂治療中心 next Sat. They will do a 評估 in the first class and then tailor-made a training program for my kid. They also hold seminars to train parents how to help children.

Eye contact and concentration training :
The trainer plays different musical instruments and deliberately stops strucking the keys/notes for a while and sees if the kid detects and looks into the trainer's eyes. And play again when the kid has response.

Speech :
Similarly, the trainer plays the instrument and sing. Then stop singing and let the kid sing the missing lyrics (as illustrated in brackets below)
e.g. "Twinke, Twinke, little (stars)"
"The Wheels on the bus go round and (round)"

Imitate action :
Sing songs e.g. "if you're happy and you know it, clap your hands"

Listen to directives :
Ask the kid if he/she wants to play the instrument , he/she should raise hands
