如題.

例如小朋友係2004年9月1日後出世, 前年唔合資格報培正. 想問下有無家長為入培正, 上年去考培正的08年k1而又收左, 小朋友大那麼多, 入到培正機會是否大d呢? 多唔多人如此呢?

請問有無過來人指教下!

你囡囡係第二年才去考PC? 第一年係另一間返K1? 你認為真是會易收D嗎? 我仔仔係10月出世, 今年08年返K1, 我正考慮今年幫他考明年PC K1或其他較出名或一條龍的K1. 你認為值得嗎? (但暫時看我仔仔的表現都唔錯, 我怕有點浪費左呢1年.)

請有無人比到意見我呀!

其實好視乎你喜歡培小及培中與否, 如你有另外更心儀的中小學校、又或'好'想入英中便不要選PC了。

我選PC是因他的校風, 而培中於學術上也有好的口'碑', 而14年的同窗同學又可建立一個好的人脈網絡....

我一早已打算2歲讀PN-->07K1-->08PC-K1, 所以我沒有想過浪費時間的問題。

One son of my friend is also repeat K1 after SC. He is now in PC primary with excellent acedemic result.

Really, I am not sure my choice is right or not. As I know that Pui Ching's English standards is not very good. How about your friend's thinking. Thanks

我仔仔係10月尾, 佢生得高大, 現在2歲半但係街d人以為係3歲. 若真係repeat k1, 唔知會否被人看為什麼那麼大仍k1? 另外, 現在見他發展都ok, 重讀又好似浪費時間? 係唔係呢?

My friend plan to let his son stay in PC till after secondary. He likes PC very much especially on the moral education. For acedemic side, he's also quite satisfied. English --- his son is taking extra class on spoken English. Other than that, no other type of class as he's sooo smart.

Thank you very much your comments. My son is also
very tall and someone thinks that he is 5 or 6 years old.
But, he is quite shy and afraid to talk in front of any
strangers. He will just stand and shut the mouth.
Therefore, I choose PC and make sure he can study to
P1 which is not a poor school.

我囡囡係 2004年 10 月出世，今年 PC 就收咗 08 k1，但佢生得好高，now 已經 106 cm，我同先生仲諗緊比唔比佢返 PC，因要 repeat k1~~
"入到培正機會是否大d呢?" --->其實無乜關係，我見好多細過我囡囡都收，但你可以試，唔試又點知得唔得！

I have similar problem for my twins.  They were born in Jan 2008. If they study K1 in 9/2010 and repeat PC K1 in 2011, when should they start N1?  I wonder if there are vacancies when they were 2 yrs old in Jan 2010! Or when should I apply N1?  Can you share/advise?

Also, should they enrol N1 or K1 in 9/2010 when they were 2 yrs 8 mths old?  If K1 in 2010, is P1 in 2013 possible when they are 5 yrs 8 mths?  or they should repeat K? in any case?

Pls help.  Thanks!!

==> sorry, I think you misunderstood the some basic information.  你對 twin 既係 2008 Jan 出世, 點講都係 2011  Sep 先可以入 K1, 冇得再早, 2 歲 8 個月係指去到 2007 Dec 個d 就可以入 2010 Sep 既 K1.

你對 twins 最多只可以 2010 Sep 入 N1 (兩歲班, so-called nursery)

有d 私立既幼稚園會俾你"偷步", 即係小朋友到 2010 Oct suppose 就夠 2 歲 8 個月, 就去讀 K1, 但咁冇意思, 因為講到升小學, 阿公規定, 都係要當年入學既 9 月就要足 5 歲 8 個月, so 你對 twins 都係未夠, 要下一學年, so you will need to "repeat" K3.

I wonder if there are vacancies when they were 2 yrs old in Jan 2010! Or when should I apply N1?  Can you share/advise?
==> what vacancies are you talking about here? If you are talking about Pui Ching, sorry that PC got no nursery class, but only KG class.  So your twins can apply for 2011 Sep K1 (application will start at Oct/Nov 2010 in your case)
