請問有無人比bb學sign language? 係邊度學? ok嗎?

香港暫時好像沒有sign的親子課程,但其實如果你理解了同bb用sign溝通的精神,是不用上課的.
想知詳細d可以去圖書館借d書睇下,或者同我交流下,我個女都係好細個開始sign的

Gymboree used to have such course for kid and parents. You may ask them.
But it's nor difficult to learn by your own.
The most important thing is consistency and patience.

BTW, how old are your babies to start sign language? When will they learn it fast?

My daughter is now 28M.
Actually, she did not talk so much before she went to nursery. You may wonder if we did not stimulate her enough before and the answer's definitely not. She's got a talkative family. We always talked to her during that time. But she did not want to talk at that time.

But we started the baby sign with her quite late, at around 8M. She could express her needs with us like 'milk' 'finished' 'more', 'sleep' ...ect then. At least, we could understand her basic living needs. If I have second child, I think I will still use sign language to communicate with him/ her.

Remind you few things:
1. Stick to under 5 signs first before he/ she is used to them.
2. Every family member and even nanny should do the same whenever you come across that particulat sign.
3. Act the sign and say the word in front of your baby at the same time.

wow....8M already can learn the signs!

I had ordered some sign language DVD for my baby boy and he started watching them since 6M......he likes the DVD very much....and we had tried to show him the sign....at least the "milk".....but he never shows it to us....

can learn it from the DVD package as it teaches all the sign ( I got 1 so if u are interested, pls contact me) and also Kindermusik by Catherine also has the baby sign class

My baby is now joining Catherine's music class. I had asked them 2 weeks ago about the baby sign class. They said they didn't have the class now. So....I have to find other school that will offer the class.

BTW, what's the series of your DVD package? Mine is "Your baby can talk" by Baby hands.
