有無小朋友久唔久隻腳眼和腳踭位會痛? 你地會唔會用止痛貼?
邊隻牌子合小童用? 唔知點解佢會痛, 上次問過健康院醫生,佢話
發育時期會有此情況? 但我以前細個時就唔會咁.

請問你地小朋友會唔會咁?

小兒在3,4 歲時也經常同我說腳累和痛, 私家醫生也是這樣說. 發育時會有這樣情況出現的. 現在7 歲了, 有時問他, 他都說無事. 不過最好都係看看醫生, 看看小朋友有否受傷或扭傷.

Would that be so called 'growing pain'? In western world, people said that it is due to the growth of the bones. Some kids have these until 12 yrs old. I myself did have it when I'm in primary school. So do my daughters... it usually happens at night time. No prevention, but you can try to apply '獅子油' and rub the painful area until you feel it warm, it could really help to relief the pain. This method was taught by my aunt and I found it very effective. It's also good for my children now.

However, it is important to check with the doctor that the pain is not caused by other sickness or injuries...

Besides, doctor advise that if kid got flat feet the pain will increase. You can take the kid to have a check

唔該哂大家! 呢幾日佢無痛, 佢唔係 flat feet, 我會試下買油比佢查.不過佢半個學期又真係高左幾多.
