其實你看清楚, 2間係唔同的學校: SPN係幼兒園, 由N1-N4, 全日制, 每月學費HK$5xxx, N2-N4都冇學券 (一讀讀4年); SPK係幼稚園, K1-K3, 半日制, 可用學券. 2 間地址都係一樣!

聽講SPN真是一間非常好的幼兒園，
入得去的都是有讚無彈，
如果我個囡入到就好了，
希望大家有咩新消息，

係呀﹐個個對呢間幼兒園都係有讚無彈﹐因為D老師全部都係好有經驗﹐好注重小朋友既德育培訓。最值錢既地方﹐就係佢可以(原則上)一條龍直升聖保祿小學和中學。所以如果入到佢地幼兒園或幼稚園﹐就可以直上名校﹐ 唔駛煩﹗
不過﹐聽講呢間幼兒園真係好難入﹐一年得60個位﹗

SPN and SPK are linked with St. Paul's Convent primary and secondary school which are girl schools. Besides, the school fee is $5,xxx and there are other nurseries nearby. So, I can't see any reason for boy to apply this nursery.

講真，俾個得二歲多啲啲嘅人仔
返足全日學，本嚟都幾「鄧」佢
辛苦，
同時唔知會唔會因為少留
在家而建立不到「在家好安全好舒服」
的感覺(即是怕她慣咗唔黐家)？
而且她會相對減少了同家傭
和外婆的接觸，真是少了線眼同我
報料有關她做了什麼、說了什麼等成長趣事，
只可以靠佢有幾醒或者有 幾好心情講番俾我
聽了！
亦比較擔心小朋友容易互相傳染
疾病，身體可能會多事幹啲，
再講遠啲，如果亞女順利原校讀到中七的話，
咁就真係喺師姑庵成長了，唔知影唔影響
工作和戀愛?(已經好似想得太多了，Ha Ha)
但無論如何，這間人人叫好的學校就放在眼前了，一於搏一搏好了!

我又係因為佢係全日,所以成日15/16, 不過點都會試下報, 多過choice, 我表姐姑姐兩個囡都係讀spn, 宜家升晒小學, 佢就話好好, 全日制對小朋友既自理能力好好,但我自己唔捨得

我就係見張form簡單得滯，
有D唔信，特單親自去學校取張
form睇真D，點知一模一樣，
早知費事浪費時間同的士錢！
講起嚟間學校都幾靚，
但就感到宗教氣氛幾濃厚，
派form位唔知是不是嬸嬸？
我行埋去佢眼尾都唔望我一吓，

1. 好 (個人認為)；三言兩語確實難以娓娓道來，但眼見 男孩子們 (較小眾) 一樣讀得開開心心 !!
2. SPN/SPK 附屬小學只是 St. Paul's Convent School (Primary Section) only："女"校。

其實都好多concern, 不過有見如果入到, 入小學部機會相對地大了, 變相唔再需要惡補各樣課外活動以增強競爭力...等bb將來有個leisure d既school life, 唔知咁諗岩唔岩. 不過其實spn同spk, 我會喜愛spk半日制多一點點; 但奈何咁多人爭, 唯有今年n1都試一試先...

我有個friend個friend個女讀緊spk，

This is exactly what I think. Plus mine is a boy. Yet, I'm still thinking whether I should give it a try as I havent found a dream shool for my son successfully. After all, this is a very good school.

I got this information from the receptionist last year, and just recalled again to reconfirm, this time, the receptionist just told me they have english class but when I asked about the duration each day, she just kept telling me she is not so clear about the teaching content and more importantly , she confirmed NO native English speaker at their school so only local teacher to teach English... !! seems like this school is not so emphasis on language training wor..

Hi parents,
Last year when i applied SPN for my girl, i am quite determined to let her study in full-day school if she can successfully enter SPN. Luckily, she is accepted by SPN & studied in N1 this year. Both my husband and myself are glad to let our girl to study in SPN. The teachers are very good and caring to my girl, and most importantly, my girl loves going to school now, willing to share her school life with me and talk much more after going to school. Also, she learn to do things by herself at school, like going to toilet, eating, wear shoes and she even fold the blanket (that's what she told me) after taking nap each day... I am very pleased of her development so far.
At the beginning of the school year, she cried and didn't want to go to school as everything is new to her, I also felt so sad seeing her cried in the morning at class door... after few weeks' time, my girl had changed and love going to school. I am so amazed to see her changes. She didn't complain about long school hours after she likes going to school.. children can get used and adapt to new environment very quickly, you should not under-estimate your kids' abilities!
About the English class, I am not too concern about learning English in N1 as my girl watched some English cartoons and story books at home, she can pick up some English outside school already. For me, N1 is more for fun and let her getting used to school life than learning English. This is just my little sharing. Hope this helps u to make your choice!

The school will accept those who got siblings studied in SPN before, that's why most boys who got accepted had sisters studied in SPN now or before... that's my observation so far.
The interview will be around early May, u should consult SPN for details, i forgot the exact date.

往年計，四月中至四月尾，將會有面試信發出(舊年有家長早在 Apr 17 已收到面試信)，五月初會有 interview (舊年係 May 3, 4)，五月中學校會發出取錄通知書，五月尾需要到學校註冊；流程大概是這樣，希望可以幫到大家 !!

2. 我冇確實數字，不過照我過往觀察：新學年只會收 54 或 55 人，有家姐(阿哥)或教友或....... 約佔10個8個(估計)，因此估計剩餘取得學位者，約有 45 人左右 !! (純屬個人意見，只供參考，不代表學校立場)

No, I only have 1 daughter and no sister and brother for my girl yet.
What i meant is those parents who let their boys to study in SPN most probably have sisters studied there before, so the parents can bring the boy & girl to the same school at the same time. I didn't say ALL accepted applicants got siblings studied in SPN. I just noticed 4 boys in my girl's class had sisters, that's all. hope I have clarified your mis-understanding.

何況你擔心都無用既, 係收左你囡囡固然可喜, 就算真係唔收, 咪揾第2間or出年再試下spk囉, 就算比你係bk呢個topic做哂research有幾個人有姐姐係度讀, 又有幾多個attached左受洗紙, 你都唔會計到修女pick邊d application黎interview, right? 何況唔會3,4百個applicants既父母都有上bk既習慣; 不如relax d, 當自己參加左個抽獎, 到時到候咪知囉; 另外你有冇apply其他nursery打個底呀, 始終呢間都係難既, 你唔好孤注一擲咪唔洗咁擔心囉~ good luck

其實, 每一間學校都有自己的收生要求, 同一機構的員工子女有優先權亦可以理解, 我們這些沒有什麼特別關係的, 只可以當作一個game, 入到固然開心;否則, 亦不需有挫敗感或失望, 因為已作出嘗試, 隨遇而安吧.....不過坦白說, 要等一個月先知result真是幾難捱呢!!!

節錄"前"年一位家長 plmok 分享心得：
All Parents,
Please read the following, this is my experience that I listed before, just for your information:
Last year, we brought my girl to SPN before 9:00 am, first all the children played together in the lobby area, later one of the teacher would ask the child with their parents went to one room (divided by 3 or 4 areas, I can't really remember) then the teacher gave some blocks to my girl to play next to us and asked us some questions (her daily schedule at home), such as:
What time to eat (both lunch and dinner)?
What time to sleep in the afternoon and at night? What kind of food she love to eat?
Does she know how to vv?
Who take care her at home?
After this, she just told us if my girl study there, we must need to train her something now, such as eat more vegetables, sleep early, toilet train etc. Finally, she asked my girl, what is your name and told her the colours of the blocks. One thing, may be she felt my girl was very initiative because she brought one toy from the lobby area and after interview she gave back to the teacher and say bye-bye with smile.

未知架, 其實我地本身有地方係灣仔租緊比人, 但問題係老公唔太希望give up住緊個度既配套, 同埋當日大肚揾地方搬時, 個心態真係想比一個有空氣質素, 有clubhse, 低密度既環境比佢成長, 唉...但而家又為左school搬的話, 好似同原意自相矛盾, 真係depends~ 但我一定會自己湊佢番學(i mean唔會school bus)
不過諗咁多做咩...咁鬼難入, 考到先算啦, 成事在天...

因我老公識基督君王小堂(exact係st paul內的小教堂)的修女
問有關st paul 入學問題....
d修女話佢哋只係負責醫院個邊...唔係學校個邊
幫唔到架喎..... 所以我地都係如常的入表
